We are seeking a highly organized and relationship-driven Experienced Recruiter to lead the search of talent, coordinate recruitment process and stakeholders in a distributed talent acquisition environment. In this role, you will oversee and streamline the sourcing workflow for both support functions (IT, Finance, HR..) and management the assessment and selection of agents/volume profiles. You will act as the primary liaison for hiring managers, and provide strategic support to the central leadership team across Belgium, Poland, Czech Republic, Turkey and Greece.

  • Workflow Coordination: Build and action the sourcing strategy to ensure smooth handoffs and timely progress for each role.
  • Talent Search and Identification: Leverages various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and databases to identify potential candidates who match the job requirements.
  • Candidate Outreach: Engage with prospective candidates through cold calls, emails, and social media messaging to generate interest in upcoming or open positions.
  • Screening and Qualification: Conduct initial screening to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring they meet the criteria set by recruiters or hiring managers.
  • Support for In-Country Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with regional Head of Talent to align processes, share resources, and coordinate across multiple time zones and regions.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a high-quality, consistent candidate journey through structured communication, timely feedback loops, and a strong focus on employer brand touchpoints.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, etc.) and provide regular updates and insights to global stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to recruitment operations, documentation, and coordination practices within a distributed hiring model.
  • Compliance & Standards: Maintain documentation and process alignment with internal policies, data privacy laws, and regional hiring regulations.

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong emphasis on sourcing, screening, process coordination and stakeholder engagement. A proven track record in headhunting or active searching candidates in essential
  • Experience supporting or partnering with in-country HR teams across multiple geographies.
  • Proven ability to work across time zones and cultures
  • Strong project and relationship management skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS tools (e.g., ICIM's would be beneficial).
  • Ability to analyse data and use insights to inform hiring decisions and process improvements.
  • Passion for operational excellence and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Native/fluent in Dutch and English. Fluency in French and Czech or Polish would be an advantage.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting international recruitment in EMEA or LATAM.
  • Background in a matrixed or multi-country organization.
  • Experience in handling volume recruitments
